6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the total liability of ArtistryHub for all claims relating to the service exceed the amount paid by you to ArtistryHub, if any, for the service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.
